Full refund (100%)
- Match cancelled by Booyah-Hub admin.
- Room ID / Password not released 10 minutes after scheduled start.
- Server crash affecting the entire lobby before kill #1.
Partial refund
- Match rescheduled: you may keep the slot or claim 100% refund.
- Reduced lobby (<50% joined) — 50% refund on request.
No refund
- You joined the match but did not enter the room in time.
- You left the match mid-game.
- Your device / internet failed.
- You were banned for cheating, hacks, or multi-accounting.
How to request
Contact support via Telegram / WhatsApp with your username, match ID and short reason. Refunds are credited to your in-app wallet within 24 hours of approval.
